From one team to one plant
How successful rollouts expand: which function goes second, and what to automate before adding users.

The second function is the test
The first function proves the tool. The second proves the model. Pick a function that shares entities with the first — production then maintenance, or sales then planning — so the second rollout reuses the model rather than starting again.
Automate before you scale
Before adding users, convert the manual habits of the first team into scheduled answers and alerts. Scaling a manual routine multiplies the effort; scaling an automated one multiplies the value.
Let the plant meeting pull it in
The strongest expansion signal is a number from the platform appearing in a meeting nobody set up. When that happens, the next function will ask you, and adoption stops being a push.
